Emphasizing the practical, theoretical, and the experiential aspects of this ancient art and science, our curriculum includes Vinyasa/Hatha Flow and Yin Yoga as its foundation, honouring both the classical as well as the Tantric approach.
Philosophy, Ayurveda, Pranayama and Meditation, Physical and Energetic Anatomy, Sequencing (Vinyasa Krama), The Art of Teaching, Nutrition and Purification, Alignment and Adjustment Skills, plus Kirtan, Pujas, and Hindu Cosmology are among the many subjects we'll explore.
US $3600 includes treatment at Ubud's new Ayurvedic Center "KUSH", plus free transport from the airport.
The Bali Spirit Festival, an annual 5-day celebration of yoga, music and dance, will be held just before our April 2012 teacher training (March 28-April 1) and a “Full Festival Pass” is available to those attending our training at the discounted rate of $300.

Week #1: 'Yoga Unveiled'
In this week-long workshop, we begin dissolving the mystique that surrounds this ancient art and science, revealing the broad view as well as practical details in a clear and relevant style. You'll learn to start applying the three pillars of traditional practice-asana, pranayama, and meditation-to your daily life, receiving the practical tools and techniques necessary to create a safe and enriching home practice and to benefit more deeply from group sessions.
Week #2: 'Going Deeper'
The further we venture into the world of yoga, the more profound and rewarding the experience. As we explore such subjects as cleansing, Ayurveda, and energetic anatomy, we expand and enhance our practice, allowing us to move into the subtler, yet increasingly powerful levels of this ancient art and science. Open to everyone, no prerequisite required.
This course is offered in English with French translation.
